Customer Experience Director

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team at Boardwalk Burger and Fries - ATL. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our customer experience strategy, developing and implementing initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy that aligns with our company values and goals.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the fast food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business management and financial principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands: Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, General Manager, Assistant Manager, Barista, customer service, or other part-time restaurant job at Boardwalk Burger and Fries, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
The salary for this position is approximately $50,000 - $52,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
