Alaska Real Estate Connection LLC - Salesperson Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Real Estate Salesperson to join our team in Alaska. As a salesperson, you will work closely with seasoned agents to gain valuable insights and learn from their expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • List and market residential properties by creating compelling property listings, conducting open houses, and promoting properties through various channels.
  • Assist buyers by understanding client needs, identifying suitable properties, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Be the expert by guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process, answering questions, and providing expert advice.
  • Negotiate contracts skillfully by negotiating offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Coordinate showings by scheduling property showings, communicating with potential buyers, and providing property information.
  • Coordinate inspections by facilitating property inspections and addressing any concerns.
  • Stay informed by keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records by documenting client interactions, property details, and transaction progress.
  • Work independently by managing your own schedule, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.

This is a non-employment independent contractor opportunity. Real estate commissions are paid by our brokerage, Herrington and Company, LLC.

Requirements
  • Must be licensed to practice real estate in Alaska.
  • Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and other peers in the industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of working autonomously and achieving self-determined goals.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and performance.
