Cardiac Surgical Unit Coordinator

Alaska Regional Hospital offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cardiac Surgical to join our team in Anchorage, Alaska. The successful candidate will possess a current licensure in Alaska as a Registered Nurse, an Associate's Degree in Nursing, and a minimum of one year of applicable experience. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) Certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS) Certification are also required.
The estimated salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key responsibilities include partnering with subject matter experts and leadership teams to support improved outcomes and services, providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement, and assisting with staff scheduling.
