We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our Unity Home Group, Inc. team.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $46,500, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Support: Track important dates and deadlines, notify relevant stakeholders as needed, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to sellers, buyers, and lenders, enhancing customer satisfaction ratings through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Marketing Materials: Supervise the production of online marketing materials, brochures, and flyers to professionally represent the real estate team.
  • Professional Development: Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in administrative tasks within the real estate industry.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in utilizing databases for client information processing and Microsoft Office for document creation is required.
  • Real Estate License: A valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one is preferred.
  • Miscellaneous: Strong organizational skills, marketing experience, proficiency in Publisher/Adobe Photoshop/Adobe Lightroom, and basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management are necessary.
