We are seeking a skilled Licensed Real Estate Sales Professional to join our Unity Home Group, Inc. team in Anchorage, AK.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to maximize your income potential with our competitive commission structure, offering the possibility to earn $95,000 or more annually.

As a member of our leading Real Estate Team in Alaska, you will have the flexibility to control your schedule and earnings while enjoying the support of seasoned professionals.

Ideal candidates possess professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service skills, with a strong drive to succeed and thrive in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their real estate requirements and finding suitable properties, as well as working closely with buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Develop new business opportunities through continuous networking and marketing efforts
  • Support up to 25 to 60 buyer clients per year through the home purchase process
  • Help buyers and sellers overcome obstacles during the sales process
  • Stay in touch with former clients to cultivate relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess an active Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one quickly (this is required)
  • Skillfully troubleshoot and solve problems
  • Demonstrate a friendly, positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Stay current with new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Be a reliable advocate for clients and their goals
  • Demonstrate superior communication skills
  • Possess a thorough understanding of real estate contracts and protect client interests
  • Utilize active listening and questioning techniques to build relationships and understand clients' needs
