Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus benefits that support your health, life, career, and retirement. About the Role

As an Ortho Neuro RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalized care to our patients. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to assess patient conditions, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families. Your expertise and skills will enable you to act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in nursing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current State of Alaska Registered Nurse License.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
  • American Red Cross or American Heart Association Advanced Life Support Course (ALS or ACLS) and Certification preferred.
  • Associates Degree in Nursing required. BSN is preferred.
  • Ortho/Neuro experience preferred.
  • Able to articulate and demonstrate appropriate nursing theory and practice. Experience requirements are specific to positions and departments as appropriate.
  • Certified Ortho/Neuro Nurse preferred
