Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong drive to help clients reach their real estate goals.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • List and Market Properties: Create compelling property listings, conduct open houses, and promote properties through various channels.
  • Assist Buyers: Understand client needs, identify suitable properties, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Skillfully negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
