About the Role

Cash-Wa Distributing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team as a District Sales Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading food service distributor and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and acquire new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and sales expertise to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations and marketing teams, to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the food service or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
