Exceptional Customer Support
Address customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and resolve issues efficiently.
Monitor customer satisfaction trends and take proactive measures to enhance service quality.
Confirm pricing and terms in line with established protocols and customer profitability standards.
Work closely with sales support teams to drive territory growth.
Territory Development
Achieve projected sales goals and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, consumer preferences, company offerings, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
Understand and comply with Accounts Receivables policies and procedures.
Ensure precision in customer orders and territory documentation, recording all customer interactions and potential sales leads, while maintaining accurate financial records.
Utilize sales and financial reports as necessary to facilitate territory expansion.
Maintain a satisfactory driving record.
The Regional Sales Representative may undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's Degree in Business, Animal Health, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated history of outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient in general computer applications, including MS Office.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in animal health, agriculture, or sales.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Travel Requirements
This role necessitates overnight travel within a regional area, with travel frequency varying based on territory demands.
Compensation for this position is commission-based.
