Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Standard Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Evenings Off


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Interact with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.

2. Incoming Inquiries: Manage incoming calls effectively, responding to questions and offering support.

3. Policy Development: Create insurance plans customized to meet each client's unique requirements.

4. Portfolio Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve client coverage through additional recommendations.

5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

6. Ongoing Education: Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide knowledgeable advice.


Qualifications

1. Licensing: An active insurance producer license is mandatory.

2. Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

4. Client-Centric Approach: A strong commitment to exceeding client expectations and delivering outstanding service.

5. Flexibility: Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work setting while maintaining high productivity.

6. Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and foster positive relationships.

7. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools is beneficial.
