Position Overview:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report directly to the Board and will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and management of all portfolio companies under Leap Brands. This role requires a strategic visionary with a proactive approach and innovative mindset, who will collaborate with the senior leadership team to cultivate a robust company culture and teams committed to exceptional customer service and relationship building within the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
  • Drive the organization to meet and exceed sales, profitability, cash flow, and overall business objectives.
  • Establish a clear organizational structure, including communication plans and flow charts.
  • Set comprehensive performance and growth targets.
  • Work closely with the management team to design and implement operational infrastructures that support rapid growth initiatives.
  • Oversee and nurture relationships with partners and vendors.
  • Manage the mergers and acquisitions process for buy-side transactions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Preferred experience of at least 2 years as a CEO in the restaurant sector.
  • A solid foundation in marketing principles.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Proven decision-making authority with measurable impacts on P&L in previous positions.
  • Experience in managing a diverse array of responsibilities.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing professional team while effectively collaborating with subordinates, senior executives, and investors.
  • Recognized as a strong leader with a commitment to establishing clear, measurable objectives, delegating responsibilities, acknowledging exceptional performance, and addressing underperformance.
