Key Responsibilities

As a Manufacturing Operations Leader, you will:

1. **Guide and Supervise**: Lead and manage the shift teams, providing coaching and training to enhance performance.
2. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and organizational policies.
3. **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the production of corrugated board, ensuring it meets both industry standards and customer expectations.
4. **Supervisory Duties**: Execute supervisory responsibilities in line with company policies and legal requirements.
5. **Training Development**: Develop and implement a comprehensive cross-training program to promote continuous employee development.
6. **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and explore opportunities for operational enhancements.
7. **Personnel Management**: Oversee workforce management and development.
8. **Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics, including waste management and operational efficiency.
9. **Reporting**: Utilize computer software to generate reports and maintain effective communication.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or GED is required; a higher education degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: A minimum of two years of supervisory experience is preferred, ideally within a corrugated manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with corrugated manufacturing processes.
- **Operational Knowledge**: Understanding of production operations, including troubleshooting and quality control measures.
