  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • At least 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles.
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years as a CEO, particularly in the restaurant sector.
  • A solid foundation in marketing principles.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Proven decision-making capabilities with a measurable impact on P&L in previous positions.
  • Experience managing a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong operational management experience.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing professional team while collaborating effectively with subordinates, senior executives, and stakeholders.
  • A recognized leader with a commitment to establishing clear, measurable goals, delegating tasks appropriately, acknowledging exceptional performance, and addressing underperformance.
