Position Overview:
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will report directly to the Board and will be responsible for overseeing and managing the diverse portfolio of companies under Leap Brands. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with the ability to inspire and drive innovation while fostering a collaborative environment across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies, plans, and operational procedures.
- Lead the organization to meet and exceed sales targets, profitability benchmarks, cash flow expectations, and overall business objectives.
- Establish an effective organizational structure, complete with a communication strategy and organizational flow chart.
- Set ambitious performance and growth targets for the company.
- Work closely with the management team to create and implement operational frameworks that support the rapid growth ambitions of Leap Brands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and vendors.
- Oversee the mergers and acquisitions process, focusing on buy-side opportunities.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- Preferred experience of 2+ years as a CEO, particularly in the restaurant sector.
- A solid foundation in marketing principles.
- A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style.
- Proven decision-making capabilities with a measurable impact on P&L in previous positions.
- Experience managing a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
- Strong operational management experience.
- Ability to lead, develop, and maintain a high-performing professional team while collaborating effectively with subordinates, senior executives, and stakeholders.
- A recognized leader with a commitment to establishing clear, measurable goals, delegating tasks appropriately, acknowledging exceptional performance, and addressing underperformance.
