  • A solid foundation in marketing principles.
  • A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style.
  • Proven decision-making capabilities with a measurable impact on P&L in previous positions.
  • Experience managing a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong operational expertise within the company.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing professional team while collaborating effectively with subordinates, senior executives, and stakeholders.
  • A reputation for strong leadership, with a commitment to establishing clear, measurable goals, delegating responsibilities, recognizing outstanding contributions, and addressing performance issues.
