Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance relationships with partners and vendors.
- Oversee the M&A process for acquisitions on the buy side.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- Preferred experience of at least 2 years as a CEO, particularly in the restaurant sector.
- A solid foundation in marketing principles.
- A service-oriented mindset with a collaborative leadership style.
- Proven decision-making capabilities with a measurable impact on P&L in previous positions.
- Experience managing a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
- Strong operational expertise within the company.
- Ability to lead, develop, and sustain a high-performing professional team while collaborating effectively with subordinates, senior executives, and stakeholders.
- A reputation for strong leadership, with a commitment to establishing clear, measurable goals, delegating responsibilities, recognizing outstanding contributions, and addressing performance issues.
