The Community Manager will oversee the comprehensive management of an apartment community or a collection of communities. Your responsibilities will encompass all facets of office operations, from leasing and resident engagement to collaborating with maintenance teams, while also ensuring that financial performance objectives are achieved. Utilize your leadership capabilities to cultivate a superior living environment and a premier workplace.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, promptly addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

• Consistently and fairly enforce lease agreements and community regulations.

• Organize and coordinate resident events and initiatives to foster a sense of community.

• Prepare and manage the property's budget, including revenue, expenses, and capital enhancements.

Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required
· Bachelor's degree preferred
· 5+ years of experience in multi-family or related property management, or equivalent experience in retail and/or hospitality management
· 2+ years of experience in managing personnel
· Proven experience in managing community operations, including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing
· Demonstrated ability to utilize data and reports to develop solutions that maintain high standards of customer service, optimize revenue generation, and manage expenses effectively.
· History of successfully resolving resident issues as evidenced by previous work experience.
· Experience in supporting and developing team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching that leads to improved performance.
· Ability to exercise professional judgment with composure and manage contracts with third-party service providers as demonstrated by past experience.
