Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and financial performance of the community, optimizing net operating income and carrying out ownership objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager to create an environment that exemplifies California living at its best.
  • Manage maintenance operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of resident concerns.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on fair employment and housing laws, ensuring compliance and maintaining a positive resident experience.

What We're Looking for in You:

  • A background in multifamily property management, with experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Yardi Voyager experience is a plus, but not required.
  • A valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree a plus.
