Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Northeast Community Clinic. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the clinic.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Quality Improvement: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to grow the clinic's services and revenue streams.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic management, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and/or BLS certification, with knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
