Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to management on property performance and resident issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably in a similar role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Knowledge of fair housing regulations and LIHTC/affordable housing.
