About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and friendly service to customers via phone
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisor as needed
  • Enroll customers in loyalty programs and update customer information in our database
  • Look up card balances and provide information to customers
  • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center experience preferred
