Job Overview
Amazon is on the lookout for dedicated, enthusiastic, and diligent individuals to take on the role of Team Leader within our Fulfillment Center (FC).

The perfect candidate will demonstrate a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, the capability to meet tight deadlines, and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction in relation to product fulfillment.

This role may involve receiving products with the aid of radio frequency scanners, moving items using forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkies-riders.

Team Leaders may also need to pick customer orders from various levels of a multi-level mezzanine, pack and ship orders, and resolve issues as they arise.

Team Leaders are expected to comprehend all facets of production, comply with stringent safety, quality, and production standards, and be open to working across multiple shifts.

Additionally, candidates must exhibit a strong willingness to adapt to any role necessary within the fulfillment center, including order picking, cart stowing, and material loading or unloading.

Team Leader Best Practices:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shifts (Day/Night) in Inbound operations, managing labor planning and execution daily across various inbound processes.
- Develop SOS plans, allocate labor, conduct flow meetings, and assign job responsibilities to FC Associates.
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety while effectively leading a team of PAs and problem solvers.
- Analyze and share various shift reports, escalating system-related issues to leadership promptly.
- Accountable for shift productivity and quality, along with associated action plans.
- Create and implement training and development plans for associates.
- Conduct 4M and 5S audits for respective workstations daily.
- Ensure FC associates have the necessary tools to perform their duties and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Serve as a substitute for the Area Manager.

A Day in the Life: The candidate will encounter diverse opportunities to manage the entire FC Inbound operations and engage in improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in speaking, writing, and reading English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
