Job Overview
Amazon is looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to join our team as Inbound Team Leads at our Fulfillment Center (FC).

The successful candidate will demonstrate a robust work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring exceptional customer service in product fulfillment.

This role may involve receiving merchandise using radio frequency scanners, relocating items with forklifts, pallet jacks, and walkies-riders.

Inbound Team Leads may also be tasked with picking customer orders from various levels of a multi-level mezzanine, packing and shipping orders, and resolving issues effectively.

Team Leads are expected to grasp all facets of production, comply with stringent safety, quality, and productivity standards, and be adaptable to working various shifts.

The position requires a strong willingness to engage in any necessary role within the fulfillment center, including order picking, cart stowing, and material loading or unloading.

Team Lead Best Practices:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee shifts (Day/Night) in Inbound operations, managing labor planning and execution daily across various inbound processes.
- Prepare SOS plans, allocate labor, lead flow meetings, and assign job duties to FC Associates.
- Monitor and mentor associates on productivity, quality, and safety while efficiently leading a team of PAs and problem solvers.
- Analyze and communicate various shift reports, escalating system-related issues to leadership promptly.
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met, implementing associated action plans.
- Develop and execute training and development plans for associates.
- Conduct regular 4M and 5S audits for designated workstations.
- Ensure FC associates have the necessary tools to perform their jobs and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed.
- Act as a substitute for the Area Manager.

A Day in the Life: The candidate will have diverse opportunities to manage the entire FC Inbound operations and engage in improvement initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in English (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
