Position: Senior Project Engineer

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to enhance our client's operational success. Leveraging your technical expertise, project oversight capabilities, and leadership qualities, you will take charge of the design, execution, and enhancement of IT infrastructure initiatives. Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are completed punctually, within financial constraints, and exceed expectations.

This Senior Project Engineer role presents a chance to lead significant projects, work intimately with clients and internal teams, and play a vital role in our mission to deliver innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive network assessments and client integration, delivering infrastructure enhancements that adhere to industry standards.
  • Efficiently resolve intricate technical challenges to maintain client satisfaction and reduce escalations.
  • Keep accurate client records that include system configurations, modifications, and best practices.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor and report on project metrics to demonstrate accountability.
  • Actively participate in refining internal procedures and protocols, identifying opportunities for improvement and suggesting enhancements.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team, sharing insights and mentoring junior personnel to promote growth and development.
  • Exhibit proficiency in both physical and virtual infrastructure, networking, and Microsoft environments. Stay informed about emerging technologies and pursue relevant certifications.
  • Build strong client relationships, understanding their specific needs and providing proactive solutions that foster their success.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 7+ years in relevant IT domains with a demonstrated history of successful project execution.
  • Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, server management, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Leadership: Proven capability to lead projects, mentor team members, and take responsibility for outcomes.
