Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned projects, from defining the scope and drafting technical proposals to participating in contract discussions and ensuring the successful execution of project plans.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, guiding the project team to meet objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical tasks related to analysis, reporting, design, and specifications for various projects.
  • Implement the firm's project delivery strategy, utilizing HNTB's advanced methodologies to lead the development and execution of project management plans.
  • Manage project staffing responsibilities, including recruitment, development, and retention of team members, as well as performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with Client Service Leaders to foster business development and strengthen client relationships, particularly for large-scale projects.
  • Engage in proposal development and lead presentations for strategic projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 4 years of proven success in managing engineering projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Additional Information:

Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The estimated compensation range for this role is $197,000 to $315,000. Please note that actual compensation will depend on various factors, including individual qualifications and experience.
