We are a dynamic and driven architectural and engineering firm with 13 offices throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. As a valued member of our Operations Support team, you will collaborate closely with us to streamline workflow and ensure the highest level of organization.

As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for organizing and filing documents according to our filing system requirements. You will also search for and investigate information contained in files, insert additional data on file records, complete reports, keep files current, and supply information from file data or remove files upon request.

Additionally, you will keep records of material removed, stamp material received, trace missing files, and type indexing information on folders. You will also make copies of documents as needed, type labels, and convert paper documentation to electronic format.

We are looking for a candidate with 0-3 years of experience in an office support role. Knowledge of office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and mail handling equipment is a must. Experience in Microsoft Office products is a plus.
