The Retail Operations Leader will manage the store in alignment with the company's operational protocols and loss prevention measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surpass sales targets and implement strategies to maximize store profitability.
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service by actively engaging with customers on the sales floor.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail management role; candidates with high-volume retail backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Comprehensive understanding of specialty retail, including business growth, human resources, visual presentation, and store management.
  • Proficient in retail mathematics and cash handling practices.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to delegate tasks effectively and follow up with team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on sales and ownership of store performance.
