Legacy Giving Development Manager

Marta O'Bryan Center is seeking a seasoned Legacy Giving Development Manager to join our development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to drive our legacy giving program forward, securing significant contributions to support our mission.
As a Legacy Giving Development Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Development Officer to develop and implement strategies to promote planned gifts among our constituents. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding planned giving prospects and donors, as well as managing a portfolio of donors and planned giving prospects.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of legacy giving and estate planning, as well as experience working with high net-worth individuals, families, and professional advisors. You will also be expected to participate in major and planned gift donor events and provide regular reports on prospect management and fundraising results.
