About the Role
The Director of Legacy Giving at Martha O'Bryan Center is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team and contribute to the growth of the organization. This role involves managing a portfolio of donors and prospects, developing marketing strategies, and creating engaging content to promote planned gifts. The successful candidate will have a passion for philanthropy, excellent communication skills, and experience in estate planning and legacy giving.

Responsibilities
This position includes the following key responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to promote planned gifts among MOBC constituents.
  • Creating engaging content, including written proposals and illustrations, to support fundraising efforts.
  • Cultivating and stewarding planned giving prospects to secure donations.
  • Collaborating with the development team to ensure effective coordination of fundraising activities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with expertise in estate planning and legacy giving. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively are essential for success in this role. Experience working with high net-worth individuals, families, and professional advisors is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience. Additionally, Martha O'Bryan Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
