Job Summary: The Child Advocacy Coordinator position at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ohio is responsible for providing high-level expertise in child safety and risk management knowledge, policies, and procedures throughout all aspects of job function.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Apply strategic interventions to identify and strengthen match relationships that require extra support.
  2. Provide information and resources to youth and/or families in need of additional support or services.
  3. Conduct introduction meetings for new match relationships and facilitate enrollment procedures.
  4. Effectively administer all outcomes surveys with match participants and accurately track data.

Requirements:

  • A documented associate degree or two years of higher education experience in a field related to social work or counseling.
  • Four years of relevant work experience with children in a social services environment.
  • Valid drivers' license and reliable transportation.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
