Career Details

We are looking for a dedicated professional who holds a Bachelor's degree or higher and preferably has professional licensure (e.g., LSW, LPC). As an Alvis Behavior Support Coordinator, you will work as a client advocate and possess a valid Ohio driver's license. You must also pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test, as well as complete 40 hours of in-service and/or professional development training annually.

About this Role

This full-time position requires a strong understanding of behavioral support principles and techniques. You will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized support plans. Your expertise will help create a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
