Our mental health team plays a vital role in achieving this mission by providing comprehensive and innovative treatment interventions tailored to the diverse needs of our patient population. We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and contribute to the delivery of best-in-class services.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in clinical social work and a passion for working with individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. They will be responsible for conducting short-term therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, as well as performing mental health triage and referral coordination to ensure that our patients receive the most appropriate level of care.

Our Clinical Therapist will have the opportunity to work closely with a seasoned team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors to deliver holistic patient care.

In addition to their clinical responsibilities, our Clinical Therapist will also serve as a mental health consultant on HIV issues to our clients, their families, and governmental regulatory agencies. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social work (MSW) or a related field, as well as licensure as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). They will also possess excellent clinical skills, including experience with evidenced-based treatments and crisis intervention. A strong understanding of HIV-related mental health issues and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care are essential qualifications for this position.
