Job Title: Paralegal

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI). The successful candidate will provide legal support to our commercial sales and service teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial sales and service teams with legal review of customer terms, bid tender submissions, and customer disputes.
  • Review and draft commercial sales and services agreements with customers, including revisions to customer terms and conditions.
  • Train commercial sales and service teams on contract review and drafting best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a library of standard agreements and forms.
  • Engage with external customers and their legal representatives regarding contract terms.
  • Provide guidance and support to commercial sales and service teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited school, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in-house for a corporation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with external customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with anti-kickback, HIPAA, and medical device industry regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
