- High school graduation or equivalent
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Valid driver's license
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Computer-related experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-browser based software applications
- Experience with scheduling and fielding calls
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, good customer service skills
- US Citizen
