Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and customer service support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the on-boarding process for new hires, including reviewing paperwork and distributing training materials.
- Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR databases, including licensure and certification information.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide administrative support to the HR Director and hiring managers.
- Accurately answer HR-related questions and provide supporting documentation as needed.
- Copy, fax, mail, and route correspondence as required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in HR administration.
- Experience in a hospital setting is a plus, with knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease.
