Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative, logistical, and customer service support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the on-boarding process for new hires, including reviewing paperwork and distributing training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR databases, including licensure and certification information.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide administrative support to the HR Director and hiring managers.
  • Accurately answer HR-related questions and provide supporting documentation as needed.
  • Copy, fax, mail, and route correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in HR administration.
  • Experience in a hospital setting is a plus, with knowledge of employment laws and hiring practices.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease.
