Key Responsibilities
  • Greets and welcomes patients, ensuring a positive experience from the start
  • Verifies patient information, including insurance and rehabilitation benefits
  • Scans and documents patient information into our computer system
  • Communicates with patients regarding financial requirements and collects payments
  • Schedules appointments and coordinates rehabilitation services with our clinicians
  • Reconciles cash and petty cash
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
