About the Role

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities.
  • Lead and manage projects to drive business outcomes and improve financial performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complex financial data.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis, with a focus on business partnering and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in financial modeling and forecasting, with the ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning and analysis tools.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
