Position Overview
- The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role in crafting financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans, while also analyzing and reporting on financial and operational outcomes.
- Engage in the formulation of the annual budget, forecasts, and multi-year financial strategies, considering shifts in operational and strategic plans, market trends, and other relevant factors.
- Conduct Profit and Loss assessments, revenue evaluations, and cash flow analyses, alongside ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Recognize, evaluate, and monitor trends that influence financial performance.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution sectors.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is mandatory; an MBA is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
