This Senior Accounting Specialist will take charge of essential daily accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and credit & collections, while also contributing to financial reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will be available for interviews promptly and can start shortly thereafter.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Manage billing, collections, and cash application processes
  • Oversee AP invoice processing
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements
  • Calculate depreciation
  • Register fixed assets
  • Conduct cost analysis
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and variance analysis

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment
