About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Implementation Associate to join our Private Wealth PMG team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing investment decisions for individual equity accounts, monitoring portfolio positioning, and ensuring compliance with client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing investment decisions for individual equity accounts
  • Day-to-day monitoring of portfolio positioning, trade executions, cash management, and compliance with client guidelines
  • Addressing client requests and managing events throughout the client's life cycle, such as cash flows, transitions, and account openings and closings
  • Liaising with other departments internally, including Senior Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, Legal/Compliance, Sales/Marketing, Trading, and Investment Operations/Accounting
  • Project-based initiatives related to trade implementation, product design, and process improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, math, computer science, engineering, or liberal arts
  • 1-3 years of wealth management or financial operations experience
  • Previous experience with US Equity operational product design a plus
  • Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship (now or in the future)
