This role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic programs and policies, working closely with the Transformation team and other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Company's strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.
- Ensure functional area deliverables are understood, cross-functionally aligned, and execution of deliverables and timelines are on track.
- Lead and coordinate delivery of assigned projects; provide direct input and individual contributions, as necessary, to ensure results delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, scopes of work, and schedules; develop milestones and conduct critical path monitoring.
- Maintain a register of portfolio/project risks and issues; collaborate with project managers to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
- Support the implementation of project management governance frameworks, methodologies, standards, and best practices to guide project execution.
- Support planning for and coordination of resources, taking into consideration inter and intra project and team dependencies.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, risks, and resource requirements, escalating and resolving issues as needed.
- Four (4) year bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum of five years of project management and/or strategy execution leadership work; two years of agile/scrum experience.
- Strong knowledge of project management and agile methodologies/concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and sustain collaborative working relationships at all levels.
