We are seeking a talented Portfolio Investment Associate to join our Private Wealth Portfolio Management Group in Nashville, TN. As a Portfolio Investment Associate, you will be responsible for implementing investment decisions for individual equity accounts, monitoring portfolio positioning, trade executions, cash management, and compliance with client guidelines.

Job Description

The Portfolio Investment Associate will work closely with our global portfolio management teams to implement portfolio decisions and serve as the contact point with the trading desks, operations, and sales teams. You will gain a deep understanding of AB's investment products and operational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Implement investment decisions for individual equity accounts
  • Monitor portfolio positioning, trade executions, cash management, and compliance with client guidelines
  • Address client requests and manage events throughout the client's lifecycle, such as cash flows, transitions, and account openings and closings
  • Liaise with other departments internally, including Senior Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts, Legal/Compliance, Sales/Marketing, Trading, and Investment Operations/Accounting
Requirements

To be successful as a Portfolio Investment Associate, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, math, computer science, engineering, or liberal arts, with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. You must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
