Job Overview:

The Customer Reporting Financial Analyst is responsible for generating both ad-hoc and routine reports that support Agiliti Health's clientele and contractual obligations. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering timely and precise reporting related to billing, key performance indicators (KPIs), rebate initiatives, administrative fees, contract adherence, and other significant metrics. The role is essential in providing critical insights that bolster Agiliti's strategic relationships with its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary corporate liaison for reporting requests from hospitals and health systems, facilitating customer-facing reviews.
  • Oversee and execute inquiries and analyses concerning KPIs, GPO revenue, administrative fees, and rebate programs.
  • Deliver financial assistance to finance, commercial, and other corporate departments.
  • Prepare, consolidate, and disseminate various financial reports and analyses.
  • Enhance financial reporting to provide deeper business insights into performance metrics.
  • Identify and understand internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to optimize processes and services.
  • Develop mathematical models and tools to calculate payout amounts and monitor contract performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the team to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Preferred experience in financial analysis.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to perform effectively under time constraints.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and executing tasks proficiently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to strategically plan and prioritize activities while effectively managing multiple projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated ownership of projects and ability to collaborate across departments.
