Stratasys, is looking for an Sr. Financial Planning Analyst-To be responsible for the Industrial Business Unit's overall financial performance (budget, forecast, and financial reporting) and all aspects of its fiscal management, including building the BU's 5-years plan.
Serve as the Finance business partner for the BU:
- Take an active role in strategic and road map processes to support financial planning and strategic decisions making.
- Participate in the Product Life Cycle process implementing business plans for new/ existing products, analyze and evaluate projects (including ROI and go/no go analysis) and support financial issues within the process.
- Lead the periodic planning cycles, forecasts and financial reporting of the BU. Ensure compliance with closing calendar, planning deadlines, reporting and audit requirements.
- Manage BU's financials to achieve its operational and strategic goals; Lead financial improvement plans and meet quarterly/annual objectives.
- Support the BU's management on all aspects, which financially impact operations. Develop and present financial analysis to support decision making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance/Accounting, a minimum of 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with significant experience gained from complex modeling, working with large and complex data, creating significant insights and tools to support decision making.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Hard working, self-motivated and independent
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with many functions from a wide range of business departments and senior managers.
- Excellent English, able to present and lead discussions in English in a global environment
