Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting credit and loan applications along with necessary documentation.
  • Reviewing submitted materials for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conducting regular assessments to gain insights into clients' financial histories.
  • Performing risk evaluations to guide the credit amounts offered.
  • Communicating the results of credit applications to clients.
  • Negotiating interest rates and repayment plans based on identified risks.
  • Overseeing the repayment process and promptly addressing accounts in default.
  • Providing additional financial assistance to eligible clients upon request.
  • Maintaining a database of habitual defaulters and reporting them to relevant authorities.
  • Working towards enhancing the financial health of our organization.
Requirements for the Financial Assistance Analyst:
  • Proven experience in a credit analysis role.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and governing bodies.
  • Understanding of sound financial practices regarding borrowing and spending.
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Capability to negotiate credit limits and repayment terms.
  • Ability to communicate unfavorable decisions to clients respectfully.
  • Willingness to implement necessary measures to recover owed funds.
Work Model:
Our organization currently operates in a hybrid model, allowing for up to 2 days of in-office work per week. Compensation: $56,000 - $59,500 annually
