Customer Reporting Financial Analyst

Job Overview:
The Financial Analyst for Customer Reporting is responsible for generating both ad-hoc and routine reports that support Agiliti's clientele and contractual obligations. This position plays a vital role in delivering timely and precise reporting related to billing, key performance indicators (KPIs), rebate initiatives, administrative fees, contract adherence, and other pertinent metrics. The role is essential in providing critical insights that bolster Agiliti's strategic relationships with its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for hospital and health system reporting inquiries and customer-facing evaluations.
- Oversee and manage requests for analytics related to KPIs, GPO revenue, administrative fees, and rebate programs.
- Offer financial support to various teams including finance and commercial departments.
- Prepare, consolidate, and disseminate a variety of financial reports and analyses.
- Enhance financial reporting to provide deeper insights into business performance.
- Identify and understand internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to enhance processes and services.
- Develop mathematical models and tools to assess payout amounts and monitor contract performance.
- Spot opportunities for process improvements within the team to boost productivity and efficiency.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
- Preferred experience in financial analysis.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in the complete Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of performing under tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically plan and manage multiple projects to successful completion.
- Exhibit project ownership and collaborate effectively across departments.
