Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Aide to join our team at Monument Health. As a key member of our nursing department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of our residents.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care and progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in South Dakota.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.

Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as stand for long periods. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and hazardous materials.
