Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative with Jackmont Hospitality, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and provide excellent service.
  • Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times as needed.
  • Entertain guests with fun, food, and beverage offerings.
  • Tend to special guest needs and requests.
  • Follow all relevant brand standards for service, food, beverage, and experience.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Friendly and outgoing by nature.
  • Ability to read menus and articulate clear greetings and farewells.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand guest requests and convey them to the service team.
  • Ability to pass a 10-year federal background check (TSA).
