**Sales Leadership Role at IFS**

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead and manage business development representatives. This role requires a self-starting individual who can work with minimal supervision and prioritize resource allocation effectively. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of companies' core markets and be able to train, mentor, and coach inside sales/business development representatives.

The successful candidate will manage operational and strategic metrics reporting, establish persona messaging by core market, and allocate resources effectively. They will also manage the business development pipeline, team goal attainment, and implement processes to meet operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage business development representatives to achieve established operational and strategic metrics
  • Work closely with Vice President of Marketing
  • Train, mentor, and coach inside sales/business development representatives
  • Prioritize and allocate resources
  • Establish persona messaging by core market
  • Manage operational and strategic metrics reporting
  • Manage Account Executive (AE) allocation to each Sales Qualified Lead (SQL)
  • Manage business development pipeline
  • Manage team to goal attainment
  • Implement processes and tools to assist the business development team
  • Conduct performance reviews and development pathing

Compensation and Benefits
