We are seeking an Enterprise Solutions Executive to join our team at IFS. As a key player in our regional growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our AI-powered Asset Investment Planning (AIP) solution in the asset-intensive industries. Your expertise in problem-solving and strategic thinking will enable you to identify and qualify new business opportunities, execute account strategy, and generate revenue through license, support, and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts across multiple functional areas and levels of the organization
  • Understand each account's challenges and opportunities in portfolio planning and asset management spaces, identifying how IFS can make a difference to their business and personal success
  • Co-create solution roadmaps with accounts where engagement makes sense
  • Drive procurement and commercial processes to successfully close business
  • Lead Copperleaf deal teams to support solution definition and sales process execution
  • Champion customer needs internally within Copperleaf
  • Continuously gather knowledge of competitors and position our solution effectively
  • Routinely discuss and communicate opportunity plans with other members of the account team and field/corporate management
  • Maintain accurate and documented pipelines within CRM

Requirements:

  • Natural relationship builder with a focus on customer success
  • Driven to achieve sales targets and motivated to succeed
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven experience selling enterprise software to C-level executives
  • Familiarity with complex software sales, solution selling, and value-based selling
  • Capable of developing effective selling strategies based on customer-specific value propositions
  • Dynamic presentation skills, ability to articulate customer problems and challenges, and link them to value propositions
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
  • Leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve results
  • Desirable experience in asset-intensive industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Public Sector, or Transportation

Our estimated salary range for this role is $90,000-$140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
