Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing phone requests, and coordinating with clients and clinicians to ensure seamless delivery of our mobility solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer phone calls and manage phone requests in a professional and helpful manner.
  2. Communicate with clients, clinicians, and caregivers to provide follow-up on pending orders.
  3. Coordinate with branch staff to set client/referral source evaluation, delivery, and repair appointments.
  4. Assist in completion of work orders, including verification of client information and eligibility for funding.
  5. Perform data entry and filing of documents.
  6. Assist with physical inventory and provide clerical support for preparation of inventory documentation.
  7. Stay up-to-date with NSM policies and procedures, and complete continuing education requirements as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems.
