Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at STRAUCH & COMPANY. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile and provide assistance with purchases, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, promoting our services and increasing sales revenue.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, pump islands, and other areas, adhering to company standards for sanitation and safety.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
- Inventory Management: Receive and stock merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
- Sales Skills: Ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting products and services to customers.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 7-day, 24-hour operation, and employees will work various shifts, including weekends and extended hours. On-site supervision is generally present during the day shift, but employees will often work alone during evening and early morning hours.
